GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

It is previously specified that the present conditions govern the sales by Editons C. Grange of magazines, books, DVD videos, CD-ROMs and downloadable digital products accessible on the Internet via www.editionscgrange.com. These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other general or particular conditions.

Article 1 - Prices 1.1 - The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, except for shipping costs. In addition, the distance selling of books is now governed by the law 2014-779 of July 8, 2014. All orders are invoiced and payable in euros regardless of the origin of the order. As an exception to these terms and conditions, the price of subscriptions to metropolitan France includes shipping costs. The discounts indicated for subscriptions are calculated on the basis of the sale price per issue for metropolitan France.

1.2 - In case of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, the customer is considered as the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and DROM-COM, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not of the spring of the Editions C.Grange. They will be charged to the customer and are his responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities and / or competent bodies of the country. We advise the customer to inquire about these aspects with the local authorities.

1.3 - Editions C. Grange reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products and subscriptions will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the orders, subject to availability of the products. Editions C.Grange guarantee to maintain the price of your subscription throughout its duration, regardless of any increase in magazine prices.

1.4 - The products remain the property of Editions C. Grange until full payment of the price.

Article 2 - You can also order by phone at +33 (0) 6 33 92 54 11 from Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 1pm, French time. The contractual information is presented in French language and will be the object of a confirmation taking again this contractual information at the latest at the time of the validation of the order.

Article 3 - Validation: you declare to have acknowledged and accepted the present general conditions of sale before placing your order. The validation of your order is therefor implies the acceptance of these general conditions of sale. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Editions C.Grange constitute the proof of all transactions made by Editions C.Grange with its customers.

Article 4 - Availability : Editions C. Grange is a retailer and does not sell in large quantities the proposed products. Consequently, Editions C.Grange reserves the right to refuse orders for the same product in large quantities, starting from 5 identical items. The offers of products are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks, except for promotional operations mentioned as such on the site. In the event of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you by e-mail. Your order will be shipped without the missing reference and the amount of this article will be credited to you.

Article 5 - Delivery

5.1 - General : the products are delivered to the delivery address that you have indicated during the ordering process. The average delivery time is 8 days after receipt of your payment. In case of payment by check, the order will be shipped after collection by us. In case of multiple orders and in case of unavailability of products from our suppliers, Editions C. Grange Editions reserves the right to split the shipments.
Within the framework of special operations such as "shipping costs at 0.01 €" or "free delivery" (valid only for a shipment in France), Editions C. Grange reserves the right to choose the shipping method. Grange reserve the right to choose the carrier according to the total weight of the order. From 3kg and more, the shipment will be made in tracked parcel.

Article L216-1 and following of the Consumer Code (Ordinance No. 2016-301 of March 14, 2016 on the legislative part of the Consumer Code) establishes the obligation for the professional to deliver the goods purchased by Internet on the date indicated in its commercial offer. In the absence of indication of a delivery date, the professional is obliged to deliver at the latest within 30 days from the order.

5.2 - Reservations: you must notify the carrier and Editions C. Grange of any reservations about the delivered product (for example: damaged package, already opened...). According to the cases defined in the article 9 below, you can profit from the conditions of exchange and refunding envisaged with this article.

Article 6 - Payment

The payment of your purchases is made :

- by credit cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard.

- by phone, by placing your order and communicating your credit card number to 00 33 (0)6 33 92 54 11

- by check to CGR Réalisations, accompanied by the order form that you will have previously printed.

The card is debited at the time of the order. In case of payment by check, it must be issued by a bank domiciled in metropolitan France or Monaco. The check is cashed upon receipt. The check is to be sent within 2 working days following your order validation to Editions C. Grange, 6 rue du Brésil 45000 Orléans France.

Article 7 - Security Our site is subject to a security system. In partnership with Cybermut Groupe CIC, your payment benefits from the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption process, one of the most widespread on the Internet. Transactions are made in complete security on the CIC Group server and all your data (name, first name, credit card number, expiration date, cryptogram...) are encrypted and inaccessible during the transaction.


Article 8 - Satisfaction or your money back - Right of withdrawal

8.1 - In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 clear days from the receipt of your products - other than subscriptions - to exercise your right of withdrawal from Editions C. Grange without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended to the next business day. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the above-mentioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded. Moreover, no costs can be asked to the consumer for the replacement, the repair, the resolution or the reduction of the contract. Indeed, the article L217-11 of the Consumer Code states that "the application of the provisions of articles L. 211-9 and L. 217-10 takes place without any cost for the buyer". Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions...), allowing their remarketing in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for an optimized management. After communication of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this period of 14 days, you have another period of 14 days to return the products concerned by the withdrawal. 8.2 - Products excluded from the right of withdrawal: in accordance with the regulations in force, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for audio or video recordings or computer software unsealed by the customer. It is also recalled that, in accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines. Any subscription taken out cannot be cancelled before its term. You also acknowledge that no withdrawal period is applicable to the sale of dematerialized or digitized books or works, as a unit (i.e., not a subscription), the sending of link(s) allowing the download of digital file(s) being, by nature, irreversible. Also, you understand that your order of deliveriesres ou d’ouvrages dématérialisés ou numérisés sera réputée ferme dès sa confirmation et ne pourra donner lieu à aucun échange ou remboursement.

Article 9 - Conformity of the products Editions C. Grange undertakes to reimburse or exchange products that are apparently defective, damaged or do not correspond to your order. In this case, we thank you to make a detailed statement in writing and to send us back the product(s), after our agreement. Editions C.Grange will proceed, at your choice, to the exchange or refund of the product(s). The time limit of the action in guarantee of conformity is prescribed by 2 years as from the delivery of the good. After this period, the products delivered will be deemed to be in conformity and accepted by the customer, and Editions C.Grange reserves the right to refuse the exchange, the credit note or the refund. The article L211-7 of the Code of the consumption stipulates that " the defects of conformity which appear within a period of twenty-four months as from the delivery of the good are presumed to exist at the time of the delivery, except contrary proof ".

Article 10 - Refunds

Thanks to the Consumer Law, the refund is made within a maximum of 14 days after the customer has exercised his right of withdrawal from the professional or found a manufacturing defect in the product. Article L121-21-4 of the Consumer Code states that "when the right of withdrawal is exercised, the professional is required to reimburse the consumer for all sums paid, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which he is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw. The reimbursement will be made on the proposal of Editions C.Grange by crediting the customer's bank account or by bank check addressed to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.

Article 12 - Intellectual property

12.1 - All the contents as well as all the pages of the site, the texts, comments, works, illustrations, works and images reproduced or represented on the sites belonging to Editions C. Grange are strictly reserved under copyright law as well as under intellectual property law and for the whole world. For this reason and in accordance with the provisions of the Code of the intellectual property, only the use for a private use, subject to provisions different even more restrictive from the Code of the intellectual property, is authorized. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the sites or of all or part of the elements found on the sites is strictly forbidden.

12.2 - The corporate names, brands and distinctive signs reproduced on the sites belonging to "Editions C. Grange" are protected under the trademark law. The responsibility of Editions C.Grange cannot be engaged in case of non-respect of the legislation of the country where the product is delivered (for example in case of ban of a title...).
